Use your Kevelin for 30 days. If it's not for you, contact support@pureair.example for a no-questions-asked return.
Condition
Returned units should include original packaging and accessories. Used filters cannot be returned but don't affect your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive the unit, we inspect and refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged on arrival
If your unit arrives damaged, send a photo to support@pureair.example within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement.
